I phoned the pharmacy this morning to see if they had a certain hydrocortisone cream l had purchased there some weeks ago. They were out of it but Darcie took the time to call to the other two pharmacies and find some for me. She called me back right away and had even asked the other pharmacy to put it aside for me. I so much appreciated her great customer service.

Not thrilled about having to acquire my medical documents to confirm my use of Ozempic 2mg. Why can this Dr. not request them? Also, if he needs to know my lab tests for blood work, why not give me a lab requisition for a current one?
I have used this pharmacy for 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The entire staff is so helpful and caring. The pharmacists are an invaluable source that I use often for advice. I also appreciate their delivery service and I am rather mobility challenged.

Best service I have ever had at a pharmacy.
I called to get refills for my heart meds but I had ran out of refills. The pharmacist had a doctor call in within 5min and Shazam, I had a full set of refills and they were ready for pickup within an hour!
It would be a better world if other services were that amazing.

I have been using this pharmacy for a year now and have received nothing but excellent service. The delivery lady is wonderful! I can email them when I need a refill filled. I don't have a family doctor yet (mine retired), so the pharmacy connected me with a telephone service with a doctor. That appointment was a fabulous experience. The appointment wait time was nil and the doctor was even on time. It was a great service the pharmacy has provided.. especially for those of us who don't have a doctor. I totally recommend Fort Royal Pharmacy.
The best pharmacy staff in Victoria! They are amazingly kind and friendly. We always feel like they really care about our family and make sure we are feeling supported! If I could give them 6 stars I would!
A wonderful Pharmacy with wonderful staff! They're always quick with my prescriptions and offer great advice and prices. They've saved me lots of money over the years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Vik is a fantastic owner too and always has his patients best interests in mind. Thank you Fort Royal!!!!
