Minnetonka Mills Park

Love discovering hidden gems that are new to me while out exploring our beloved State. Minnetonka Mills Park and the Charles H. Burwell House were yet another example while on a recent client photoshoot. Wonderfully maintained historic house, out buildings, and reimagined grounds hugging Minnehaha Creek. Hydrangeas blooming everywhere. Made my day. 🤍

I visited here for display Minnetonka history with short walking around / nice play

Unfortunately the site was closed when I went but the grounds are a lovely spot for some photos and a brief walk.

We toured Burwell House. Interesting and informative look into Minnetonka's past.
Guides were very knowledgeable. Well worth the trip.

Birds singing, profuse trees, green grass, beautiful snow ball flower gardens. Nice place to make a memory.

This unique and remarkable site was acquired by the City of Minnetonka in 1970 as part of the city's park system. Beautiful place.
