Old Navy brand jeans tore at the pocket after 3 times I wore them (3 weeks old). Customer service said warranty as written on site "30 day warranty on unworn unwashed jeans" ... so after talking to customer service, the 30 day warranty goes void the minute you wear them. Buyer beware.
Update : the second pair I bought at the same time, ripped in the first 2 hours wearing them. Complete garbage.

It's funny that the ads show many items, but when you get to Old Navy you won't find them. They keep trying to mess with your head when it says clearance at 9.99 (and in little letters - or more), and they put a jacket for 59.99 dollars there. The lady in the cashier post welcomes you and they says good-bye with with a beautiful smile on her face. Thanks for that caissier 3470074

You have good options for affordable price there. I like their hoodies and t-shirts for men.
The leggins for women are good. I like a lot the clothes for children good equilibrium quality price and they have cute accessories even for dogs :)

It's cheaper here no doubt for low quality style. Sales and pricing can be slightly deceptive. A rack of shirts at one price are 50 % off. But the regular price is almost twice the very slightly different model of shirt right beside that is not on sale. Buyer beware.

Huge sale section, store is kinda a mess but I heard the staff talking about organizing so that is probably why. Had a staff member get in my way at a rack so they could move a shirt around? I mean that could have waited 3 seconds, or they could have at least said something to me. I prefer to shop online as there are so many products. Cashier was very nice.

I absolutely love shopping on oldnavy.ca but in store is a complete disaster. It looks and smells like a thrift shop. It’s messy and you can rarely find what you’re looking for. That said if you have the patience to look through their liquidation racks you can find items for super cheap.

Rates are bit higher in comparison to the quality of clothes. Staff don't approach to welcome and also offer assistance in shopping.
