Horrible customer service. Went in, saw a crop top and asked the older lady if I could try it. She took a look at me and said "I think this is too small for you". Was kind of upset but then asked if I could try it anyways. She then proceeded by saying "if you feel it's too tight, don't rip it". I said "obviously". Then went in the changing room and the top fit like a glove. Almost didn't buy it because of the interaction but the top looked nice on me so got it anyways. If salepersons are on commissions, she definitely did not deserve hers.

I absolutely love shopping here! It’s my go to for all cute date night outfits, party & especially vacation outfits! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you find the right attire!
All the clothes are great quality, similar to high designer styles at a fraction of the price.

For my girlfriend's birthday, I decided to treat her to something she loves – shopping! I took her to this amazing store, Boutique Blush, and watching her excitement as she explored and picked out dresses she adored was the best gift I could have given. The day couldn't have been perfect without the impeccable customer service at the store. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly elevated the birthday shopping experience for my girlfriend, making it an unforgettable and exceptional day. We're definitely planning to return. The outstanding experience, from the delightful choices at Boutique Blush to the impeccable customer service, ensures that we'll be back for more.

So my sister bought a dress that she never wore, but it was too baggy on her since she is petite. So she politely asked to get credit from the store, and they said yes they’ll email her and they never did and is claiming that there is a stain and that she can not return it anymore. Too bad they lost a good client that often shops from there.

The worker at the cash gave me attitude as soon as we came in. My girlfriend wanted to return a dress because there was a stain and now there blaming it on her. All we ask is for a store credit not even are money back and they can’t even make that happen. I am disgusted by the staff and the owner. Never coming here again.

The clothes are really pretty and the styles are varied. However, the customer service is horrendous. As soon as the seller heard me saying I was just looking through for a dress and was not going to be buying that same day he practically kicked me out of the store. It was a very forced gesture and he clearly showed his displeasure. The prices in the shop start from 200$ and above, so apparently taking the time to browse before making a decision was too much for this certain seller.

Ageist; told us to get out of the store because we were not 21 but only 18th( in Canada, Quebec, where the legal age is 18th) Extremely rude to us.( No: Good evening, how can I help you. Only a: How old are you, are you going to buy?) Took the clothes out of my hands. Said to come back with our parents, when we are adults and have our own money. Said that he wouldn't waste time on us. I would not support this business if I was you. I do not think that a owner this rude to customers deserves any customers at all.
