Pretty decent overall! Highlights were definitely the soft serves and the pineapple buns. The hot duck bun was also really good! The entrees (proteins) themselves were good but the sides that came with them were a bit lackluster

If you're looking for a quick healthy bite to eat, then head over to Milu. They are a counter-serve Chinese restaurant that offers healthy rice bowls. I got the Mandarin Duck one, which ones with a tender duck leg, homemade hoisin sauce, marinated cucumbers, and rice. You can either pick from white rice or mixed grains. Best of all, the mixed grains do not cost any extra.
It is a little bit overpriced for counter-serve food, but it is quite delicious.

Milu is a pretty unique spot for fast and casual Chinese food. They have a good mix of classic dishes with a modern twist. It's a self service type of restaurant where you order up front and you get to sit anywhere you want. The place is so cute and the tables and seating actually look so comfortable. Milu is right by my office, so I decided to grab lunch to go. I ordered ahead on their website and the staff was actually very punctual with the pickup time, which is a huge plus during the lunch rush hour. I went with the Chili Crisp Chicken bowl for the day. The portion doesn't look huge for the price, but it was actually quite filling. The chicken was fried nice, crispy, and wasn't really that spicy. The chicken with the scallion mayo on the side is such a great pairing. There were tons of fresh veggies and the tofu seaweed salad was so refreshing to mix with everything. I don't know why it took me this long to try Milu, but it is now on my list of quick office lunches.

Cute place with good service but food was extremely mediocre.
I’m not sure how I’d describe this place - maybe fancier fusion Chinese food? We went for Saturday brunch so they had the dim sum menu.
Turnip tots were the best thing on the table and the siumais were ok as well. Everything else was not to our liking - however, this may be a personal preference.
The bowl (lotus root + crispy chicken) that we got is more like their normal food, and it felt like a prettier and Chinese version of chipotle.
I’m sure some people will like the fusion-y taste but we will not be coming back again.

We had the yunnan brisket and the chili crisp chicken. I like the chicken a lot more than the brisket. I don’t like the vegetables that came with the yunnan brisket plate (cucumbers and salad) but I did prefer the ones that came with the chicken. We had the egg tart soft serve which was quite good and they gave us pineapple buns.

Lovely southern style Chinese food and great fast casual spot for gathering with friends or a quick meal alone. The dishes all tasted a bit sweet with the sauces. My favorite was the cauliflower and also the tofu seaweed salad among the family style option of 5 dishes. The watercress salad was also nice and refreshing. The cucumber was too sweet. Also liked the mushroom and cauliflower wanton although the texture and size are more like dumplings. The pineapple bun was nice crispy and light.

A fast casual restaurant that is much better than many serious sit downs. Let’s start with the food. A focused selection that was each unique in its own right and absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, each ingredient in the dish has its unique qualities but balanced well with the overall theme. Although the service was self-service the staff keeps the venue clean and is quick to clear tables, and is generous enough to make sure you have everything you need.
The prices reasonable and you’ll be full walking out. This is a restaurant I can see myself eating at 3 days a week for lunch or dinner. Overall, I was shocked at how amazing this place is. Even the canned wine was good! I hope that as they expand, they continue to keep the high quality.
