That was two days. Very poor service.

Rang them on Monday, they had the dishwasher fixed by Tuesday lunchtime. What a great team, excellent customer service, communication was friendly, professional and a delight to interact with. Highly recommend them for any future customer, and that’s not a common comment from me. Thank you for your assistance.

lodged warranty claim with LG, they were sending out these guys. waited 3 days as they mentioned, never heard from them. called the thursday. got answering machine. rang again the next week, wed. again no one answers. asked LG to send another repairer. quite frustrating when you have a leaky washing machine. everyones busy, but not answering phones is D grade amateur

My washing machine broke down the evening before I was going away for a few days. My clothes were inside. The door was locked. I rang Nambucca Valley Appliance Service and they sent someone out while I was away. When I got back home a few days later my washing machine was repaired, the laundry was spotless and my clothes were freshly washed! Wonderful service, thank you so much.
