Worst establishment I’ve ever been to.

Extremely dirty location.

The food was DISGUSTING I spent $50 and did not eat more than a bite of my wing to taste the food.

The washroom was filthy I wanted to hold my pee so bad.

The food took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrr over 30 minutes.

Wing stop is very overrated. I love wings and fries and came here hungry simply because of the hype.

Do not order from this location. I ordered on the wing stop app and they were missing my fries when it was delivered to my hotel. When I called to ask for my fries or for them to refund me for them. They stated that they couldn’t do anything for me unless I brought the bag back to them which I told them I could not do because I am from out of town and do not have a car, which is why I ordered delivery. The manager on duty was rude and said well he doesn’t have to do anything. They basically stole my money and I will be disputing the charge.

I visited this Wingstop on a late-night crave while in town on business. A buddy and I ordered some food. He ordered boneless wings and got bone in. The staff corrected my buddy's order. I ordered a garlic parmesan chicken sandwich combo and noticed that the bread was hard but the chicken was good. I pointed it out to my buddy and showed him the bun and he said that the bun was stale. I brought the bun up to the register and told the staff that my bun was not only hard but stale. The cashier took the bun, felt it and said "you know, you are right. we will do better next time" and threw the bun in the trash and just looked at me. This is how we treat customers now on the world famous 125th street in Harlem??? SMH

It takes a bit longer to prepare the food here than it should. The atmosphere could use some brightening. Otherwise, it's exactly what you would expect.

I've ordered delivery from this place a few times, and you know what? It's a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they're super fast, and other times it takes forever. As for the food, well, sometimes it's really fresh, but other times, not so much. It's hard to say what the deal is, whether it's the delivery folks or just the specific location. I wish I could figure it out, but hey, that's life!

The very unprofessional and rude manager gave away my food then told me he didn’t have anymore chicken to fulfill the order. I’m still trying to process how this is possible if you have to show proof of order at the time of pick up. There was no customer service to say the least! I’m sure my order was given to one of his friends that was loitering in the restaurant, thinking the customer wasn’t coming to get their food. Totally disgusted with this restaurant.

The wingstop staff was super friendly. They greeted me once I walked in and helped me immediately. I loved seeing how the wings are made and I love the aroma of it. There were no long lines. The wings are amazing. I love this place! With this pandemic you can also order online and enjoy the fresh wings at home..! Thanks
