I think this is the last remaining free public access beach in Tulum. When it isn't busy you can park along the road. If you are on a bike there is a bike rack at 7-Eleven where you can lock it up.

The beach itself has some sand and there are venders where you can get refreshments. There are rock outcrops to the north and south that border the beach and you can climb on those if that is your thing.

Public beach, I used the Colectivo transport from Tulum center to get there. Costs 20mx each way
The only part of the beach that's not been swallowed up by any hotel.
You see a lot of locals and a few tourists on bikes here for a few hours.
It's worth the visit.its along the hotel strip.

Beautiful views! One of the few public access beaches available in Tulum, amazing place to watch the sunrise.

It's a cute, quiet, and small beach with some free parking and trash cans.

Not the best place to swim since the seaweed is thick but it’s a nice place to sit and admire the pelicans.

It’s also one of the few places to park for free in the hotel zone area. It’s only a short walk to the shops and restaurants

Smaller and more remote beach. No vendors or stores here so bring your own drinks/snacks. Great place to lay out on the beach and watch pelicans fishing. Not as clean from seaweed as the northern beaches
