War super! Wenn man hier in der Gegend ist sollte man auf jeden Fall vorbei schauen. Preise wie eigentlich überall in Frankreich ein bisschen höher. Die Qualität des Essens hat insgesamt aber einfach überzeugt.
Dazu bedient der Kellner 10 Tische und grillt gleichzeitig noch die Steaks/richtet die Teller an. Unglaublich. Respekt vor der Leistung👍

A very good meal tucked away along the canal du midi. Meat options cooked over an open fire was delicious.
We were nervous as the place has new owners since our last visit.
Our worries were soon dashed! The food was superb, and the staff were wonderful.
We had shared charcuterie as a starter which was really tasty, particularly the paté. For mains we both had entrecôtes, with dauphinoise potatoes and mixed vegetables. All superb. For pudding we had profiteroles which I loved, but my wife felt that the pastry was maybe too crispy. A very minor comment on a superb meal.

We came across this place after walking along the Canal du Midi. Only wanted a drink but arrived 15 minutes before they were open. However the staff very kindly allowed us to have a couple of espresso coffees. We decided to come back a few days later for food and had a lovely meal. Customer gets to choose how thick your stake is as its charged by weight. Great way to finish our holiday. 16.6.23
Wonderful! Everything in the menu is perfect for an amazing dinner. The steaks are cut in front of you, the ingredients are fresh and local. The staff is fantastic, the ambiance is quiet and very pleasant.
You are invited to have your steal cut to size, which is then cooked on a flaming grill and charged as per the weight. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks, Bill for 2 came to €80. Would visit again
Off season Carcassonne can be quiet. I went wanting a steak and I went to the right place. The roaring fire providing cooking embers the perfect accompanying chips. Just hit the spot and even in February they were busy enough a very good sign. Went back for lunch, tuna steak, yum on Sunday. Excellent and very busy! A good place
