This residential complex which has shops on its ground floor, is situated right on the Siddiq ay Akbar Road within H13, which from what I remember is called the Abdullah Town area of H13. Mostly occupied by foreign nationals from our neighbouring countries as well as people from different parts of Africa. Its a neat little neighborhood suitable for mostly people with limited means and resources, although not shabby at all.

Worst management. Security is trying to be a hero in himself. NO WATER. No Cleanliness. Lift is not working as well.
They ask you for agreement in which it will be mentioned that water and maintenance is included but after you give them security and rent they will torture you by asking additional money for water as they dont have water available and use tankers.

A very good and affordable option but the building is now having water supply issues. One tanker a day provides water for the building for a few mins every day.

This place very good in entire h-13 due to his quality construction and building cleaness
