Shake Shack Orchard Road

We visited ShakeShack on a Saturday for dinner, the walk-in wait was around 10-15 minutes for seats. Ordered the ShackBurger Single ($9.90), 2 ShackBurger Double ($13.70 each), SmokeShack Single ($11.80), Cheese Fries ($6.30) and a small Fresh Lemonade ($4.30). There is also a self-service area for different sauces, water and an automated hand washer.

All the burgers were great and to our individual liking, except for my SmokeShack, the next time I will ask for lesser chopped cherry pepper, its was alittle too much for me after eating half the burger. Cheese Fries was a little soggy, we couldn't poke it with the fork provided. Lemonade was refreshing but a tad sour.

IMO definitely worth a visit, although the price is on the pricier side for all their foods/drinks. The service was alright. This place is ideal for small to big group of family/friends but have to wait for indoor table, otherwise outdoor is faster/immediate. Or you may check out their Jurong outlet, I feel there's lesser crowd there and more tables available.

Great late night snacks, if you’re looking to have better-than-McD’s-burger over 10PM. Brioche buns are a plus, but the price is a bit steep. Would recommend if you haven’t tried Shake Shack before.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to help. The girl from the kiosk outside also personally led me into the store and helped me with my order with the counter staff since I was asking about some promotion.
The ordering process was fast and smooth.
Food was made fresh to order and served / ready to be collected in less than 10 minutes.
The chocolate milk shake was phenomenal but I don’t know why there was huge chunks of ice at the base. It wasn’t blended properly? At $7.90 it’s not very cheap but I think better than a cafe coffee.
The shake shack classic burger is my favorite. Single patty is good enough. $9.90 for the burger which isn’t so big is quite pricey. I think it’s only snack size for me not really a meal size. Maybe need to order fries and other sides to be more filling. I don’t mind going again.
The outlet was clean and inviting but aircon super cold. I couldnt stay in their shop for too long. Get frozen!

Overall the quality burger was good, bun is soft and not soggy, patty good juicy and tasty and great to had mustard in sachet, although the service little bit slow.

Need to wait to dine-in, 7-8 pm lil bit crowded

Good quality burger. Very busy to dine in. Need to wait for other people to finish meal. But it was very quick. I tried to classic shack burger. Bun is very soft, vegies also fresh, patty is good. Would recommend

YUM YUM YUMS!!!! Everything I expected out of a good burger. Shack burger is delicious as always. Bread is so soft, beef is so juicy and tasty, cheese and sauce was abundant and YUMMZYYYY. 🍔😋 Makes all the calories worth it!!!! 🥰 Iced tea is without sugar and also very tasty!

Tons of seats available indoors and out. The counter staff was courteous and helpful during the order taking process. RECOMMEND 💯 for the good vibes and food!! 😚💛🌟

Good food, but always a bit dirty. Flies/dirt in the trash area and tables not very clean. As much as i love the food, the hygiene in the restaurant makes me wonder if it's also not clean in the kitchen. I come for the antibiotics free chicken nuggets.
