My go to grocery outlet when I’m in Kyiv. For the many you’re paying though I would expect a bit better customer service though. Attendants are a bit rude and neglectful, which is annoying. Selection of products though is excellent. Which is the most important part, I suppose.

Excellent food and awesome choice of products. My first choice for groceries in Ukraine.

However:

No social distance rules adhered to, and cashiers are frequently rude and impatient with foreign customers - she threw my groceries down the counter and offered no help or care towards packing.

Poor staff training. Really let’s down the general standard of the business.

Updates: Cashier was rude when I had been visiting this place last time. During the pandemic this shop is extremely overcrowded. Supermarket does not hear about 1.5m distance between people in the evenings.

Wonderful place with fantastic fresh produce, baked goods, cheeses and much more!

Usually this very Silpo is quite good. But this morning it's kind of "armageddon": ready-made food is not available; rotten veggies & fruits (berries); empty shelves... Surprised and completely disappointed.

Good supermarket. It is located at a prime location. Prices are not very cheap, but it is open 24 hours, so it's convenient. At night, there are very few cashiers, long lines of customers. They stop working at 11.30 in night for 30 minutes. It is troublesome sometimes...

Solid grocery store. Extremely clean and fairly priced. The deli area will cook you a pizza to order and you can drink the beer/wine/soda you bought in the store while you eat it. All you have to do is pay for your groceries at the pizza stand. Great place!

Good supermarket in the center of the city. Huge food court, but don't buy anything except pizza there.
Huge variety of products, but almost impossible to find something cheap. Staff generally friendly, but at the end of the shift is veeeery slow.
Pros: variety, interior, food court, quality, bakery.
Cons: price, it's a maze, slow staff
