RdV Vineyards

My friends and I had such a wonderful experience at RdV. I love the sophisticated and boutique feel of the vineyard. Our host, Jacqline, did a great job with the tour. She was kind and knowledgeable about RdV.

The cheese and charcuterie boards were delicious and paired perfectly with the wines.

Easily the best winery in VA, actually in the Midatlantic! They produce only Bordeaux style reds. They have a fun tour and tasting that's worth doing, especially on special dates.

Highly recommend giving them a try... they're consistently the highest rated VA wines.

I've visited RDV twice now and had an exceptional experience both times. Karl did our tour each visit- he is a wealth of knowledge, quite engaging, and a general joy to be around. All staff we encountered were also extremely supportive and kind, willing to answer any questions we had. The facility is also absolutely beautiful, spotless and extremely well and intentionally designed. This has turned into our favorite vineyard in Virginia, and we will definitely be back! Many thanks to Karl and the whole staff for such wonderful experiences.

Beautiful structure, please any staff, and decent wine. The Lost Mountain is excellent, though the prices are quite high for the value. The tour was fun, interesting, and educational.

Reservations only. Very welcoming customer service and bourdeaux style blends. Definitely can be mistaken for Napa valley

Absolutely beautiful and stunning vineyard...(and a great family dog too)! The wine is average and is not worth the current prices. They either have to improve, which they are intense in their efforts to do so, or adjust their prices.

RdV Vineyard is a winery that is not to be missed when visiting Virginia or Washington DC. A notable wine and a fabulous wine tasting experience. Opt for the VIP "Blind Tasting" as it is an experience that will be memorable. You will have a hard time choosing which wine is best, because they are all wonderful! Cheers!
