It is so nice that I could live here! the rooms are actually suites, so spacious and well organized. I will be back for sure!

In a word..Fabulous! We could not fault anything during our eight day stay. Room was spacious, private, quiet and well appointed. We had a lovely little terrace off our room with table and chairs. The kitchen was brilliant with full size fridge and oven. There is a common laundry, it's free to wash, dry and iron. The staff are excellent, nothing is an issue, very helpful and accommodating. Trams are outside, food shop across the road with assorted cafes close by.
Would happily stay again.

Excellent and accommodating staff! Excellent check-in and check-out! Offer umbrellas if it rains! Respond promptly to requests and questions! Clean linen, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom! Quiet place!! near the tram stop 71 - to the center and around it! Two great grocery stores within 100 meters! Nearby cafes and restaurants with Austrian cuisine and pastries! Great hotel and staff! Thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

Lovely rooms, well equipped kitchens, great shower in a good location for exploring Vienna. Would definitely recommend
