I consider this the best hotel in Europe, The Sacher Hotel in Vienna is truly amazing in every aspect. From its elegant and luxurious interiors to its impeccable service, this hotel leaves no stone unturned in providing an exceptional experience. The location itself is superb, situated right in the heart of Vienna with easy access to major attractions and cultural landmarks.

One cannot miss indulging in the famous Sacher Torte, a delectable Viennese chocolate cake, which is a specialty of the hotel. The dining experience is exceptional, with a range of culinary delights and an extensive wine selection.

Overall, the Sacher Hotel in Vienna seamlessly blends elegance, charm, and top-notch service, making it an unforgettable destination for any traveler.

Absolutely stellar everything! The service, rooms, hospitality, and amenities were top notch. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door. The staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. They even got us right into the cafe when we wanted to try the famous Sacher torte. The rooms was very comfortable with thoughtful accents and amenities. It was extremely quiet at night. Overall, one of the nicest, most high-end places I’ve ever stayed. We will be back!

Hotel Sacher Wien was an amazing experience. It effortlessly and seamlessly combines the grandeur of a historical establishment with the generous and authentic people making the experience exceptional. However what truly made the experience impeccable was the the staff. The team at Hotel Sacher Wien consistently delivers a great level of attention to detail and genuine care for their guest. The food was great, the location cannot be beat and the concierge was good. I will definitely be back! Remy, the bartender was a favorite of mine during the trip and very personable. The bell-man, (I hate that I forgot his name) was great, personable, always with a smile and made the stay amazing. I highly recommend Hotel Sacher Wien, truly a Viennese historical establishment.

The ambience is impeccable. There is a long queue to enter the cafe if you don't have a prior reservation . Though they make sure that you don't have to wait more than 15min for a table.
The coffee is good. The chocolate torte cake is their speciality but I found it to be too sweet to my liking.
The service is good and the staff is very professional.

It was good and I also liked that famous cake. It is so delicious definitely recommend. While paying the bill, the middle-aged lady worker asked "would you like to give tip for the staff" I didn't know what to say. I think it's wrong to ask like that.

There's a beautiful dichotomy to my experience at the Hotel Sacher Wien during a recent business trip. It effortlessly combines the grandeur of a prestigious historical establishment with the warmth and authenticity of its people, resulting in an impeccable stay.

The room provided the perfect sanctuary for my hectic schedule. Elegant, comfortable, and spotless, it served as a sophisticated retreat that seamlessly blended traditional design with modern conveniences.

However, what truly makes Hotel Sacher Wien exceptional is its service. The team consistently delivers a level of detail and attentiveness that can only come from genuine care for their guests. From efficient check-ins and prompt room service to thoughtful recommendations and personal touches in the room, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

With its pristine rooms, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location, Hotel Sacher Wien is a standout. It's a testament to Viennese hospitality at its finest. A stay here is not just a hotel experience; it's an immersion into the heart of Vienna itself.

Went for dessert. The restaurant was charming and everything was reasonably priced. We got a table on the second floor and the dining room was beautiful. The first floor had tables around the dessert counter/bar and didn't look anything like the 2nd floor. So if you have a choice wait to be seated upstairs. We had the chocolate torte and apple strudel. None of us cared much for the chocolate torte, I'm not a chocolate lover, but I've had better chocolate cake for my preference. The apple strudel was fresh and enjoyable. Our drinks were good. Nothing blew me away but I would recommend stopping by for an overall nice dessert experience.
