Rooms bad. Surrounding are dirty. But near to lots of good eating place and the famous shopping area chow kit and jalan tunku Abdul rahman.
Stop wasting your money by hiring staff.especially receptionist instead i think u should pay more to housekeeping.only housekeeping we can get trough to solve our issue here.i have more than 5 contact of this hotel staff,but they kept passing each other contact for us to contact.and we had to wait hours to solve our issue which end up not any of them showed up,until housekeeping came to help us.
very bad hotel you can't there even sleep from mosquitoes and bed bugs and machines washer only 3 for whole hotel so many people waiting you need one day if you want wash your clothes.....fridges also no any place to put your food
Location is too complicated. Room a lot of mosquitoes. Lack of good maintenance
Location is superb!!! Public transports, eateries are all walking distance.
My booking is on 4th January - 5th January 2023.The water heater is not working. Been calling the staff but he said he's on leave. Called the person in charge but never answer. Such a lousy service. Won't advise anyone to stay here.
Lots of affordable and yummy Malay eateries right outside, and also the night market are always available all within walking distance.
Hotel service is the worst. Staffs don't really care. Can't even request for extra towel for the bathroom. Rooms are okay.

I will be moving in here starting 27Nov2021. I tried 6 months contract first lets see how it goes. But so far the room is good and rent is affordable considering this is within city centre and monorel is just a stone throw distance.
UPDATE (as of 9Sep2022): I wanted to leave this review for the sake of prospective tenants.
This is a run down building with sanitation problems that comes along with its age and poor maintenance and management.
I decided to give M1 a try because I thought its a steal: city centre, very convenient transpo thru monorel and super cheap but I came to regret this decision. Yes, the low rent and location are appealing but make sure you are really willing to sacrifice basic human dignity by staying here (bedbugs, rats entering your unit, non-decent tenants who leave cigarrete puffs inside lifts).
I have raised these concerns to the admin, while my unit was somehow "fixed" because of my constant complaints, what about the other units? To add, I am certain the problems will continue to persist.
Good thing I only opted for a 6month contract instead of 1 year that my agent was pushing. I left this place as soon as my contract expired.
I am now staying to a more cozy condo, it's expensive but I can rest properly after a hard corporate day's work.
Cheap price has its cost.
