Cohen Care have served me well over the past year and a half.

They provide experienced carers who adapt to the needs of clients.

They are in touch when necessary, but not too much which is nice. Always pleasant, polite and professional.

Poor service, made an appointment for an assessment today. No one turned up and then told me they were waiting for an email. Already set a time and gave my address to them what more ?.. No even an apology. Unprofessional and disorganized in my opinion. Manager needs to have more customer service! We confirmed via email I have proof that an assessment day was set up and she did not turn up !

A new Care Agency with a very bright future who I would highly recommend in a heartbeat ! My 21yr old son , complex CP requiring 2:1 moving and handling support, needed weekend cover at extreme short notice. Cohen Care stepped up in abundance providing two teams of support each consisting of an experienced carer with a competent second who completed moving handling and care for him. This was our first family experience of Agency care support and I'd anticipated a lengthy ' get to know period' ; absolutely not the case. My son, who has no functional speech , was encouraged to direct his care routine which he did with ease. In a very short time, they built a lovely friendship and we hope to welcome them into our home again in the future.

I have to give my utmost appreciation to the team that worked tirelessly to accommodate and support my family relative. The communication throughout the process was superb and made me feel secure in trusting my relative in their care. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a top-quality care service for their loved ones.

I’m overjoyed by the service I received and feel confident in wholeheartedly recommending Cohen Care to anyone in need of assistance. The customer service was amazing and the staff were all a delight. They cared for my elderly grandmother whilst I was away on a trip, I was initially nervous but they reassured me. This allowed me to enjoy my trip knowing that my loved one was in safe hands. My grandmother sung their praises and enjoyed their dignified care. I will definitely be using their services again!

I recently contacted Cohen Care to enquire about their companion service on behalf of my elderly neighbour and since the first call with the lovely receptionist, I've been put at ease. She listened carefully to the needs and reassured me that they would tailor their services to my neighbour's needs.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to the team from the both of us because she really looks forward to their visits and they've helped to provide structure to her day at a time when everything seems so uncertain.

We asked Cohen Care to help us with my brother recently and they have been so accommodating.
The two male carers were very gentle and patient and he responded well to them. Highly recommend their service.
