Easy to sign up with them, but try claiming, its impossible, and customer service is a skill they have yet to learn, I would rather go with a different insurer, if a zero rating was possible, they would have it.
Not very happy
They automatically just change stuff on accounts and don't reply on enquiries

If i could give a 0 star rating i would, but anyway. Do not i say it again do not sign up with Verseker. I changed my insurance to Verseker because they where full of promisses. My policy was not even active yet when they just cancelled it and did not inform me about that untill 2 day's after my policy should be active and my old policy was already cancelled leaving me un insured. Then they tell my that my banking detail is wrong but they did take the money for the second policy. So yes how is that posible if my banking detail are wrong? Then i have to reconfirm my details 4 time to get the policy active. Nou they do the debit order. All good. And sorted or is it. A second deduction was put though and nou i dont have enough money in that acount for it do i pay R105 banking fees for an unpaid bounce. I phone they say it is sorted. Not realy. They try again. No funds pay R105 for that. Phone and get a ooooo i am soooooo sorry this will not happen agian. Yea right. Guess what they tried again this morning. Another R105. And they cancell my policy again. Nou i am uninsure less R315 and less my money they did thake of R4379.48. And dont get me started on the always broken website. So inclosing do not use these people unless you have money to through away and fight like hell to get back

Trying to get the attention of Virseker with this review.
Tried to phone, email, numerous phone me requests... nada..!
Tried online changes, more questions than answers there!

Of course... 100s of other spam calls and messages from other companies, that's the only reaction!

Once you are a client with them they never phone you back no matter how many requests you log, they are in no way interested in keeping their clients happy. I can't even get hold of them to cancel my insurance since they won't even try matching the opposition's amount to keep a client. Honestly the worst service i have ever had from an insurance company. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I decided to cancel my policy today, because of a steep increase in my monthly fee and a high excess amount.
When I phoned in to cancel, I was transferred to a Alwyn Labuschagne. I asked that I don't want a sales pitch and that I just wanted to cancel my policy where after he got extremely sarcastic. He just confirmed to me that my decision to cancel was correct.

These guys do absolutely anything to delay the claims process. I had some individual items such as my vehicle and my cellphone insured with outsurance, they paid out within 3 days after getting all the necessary documentation. Virseeker, after all my paperwork has been submitted, police documentation and multiple other requests have been fulfilled, they keep requesting more irrelevant documentation to delay.
