Burger King

Extremely poor service from the start.. I ordered a Chicken King Burger which was clearly advertised with cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise.

I opened the paper wrap and took one bite and noticed that it never had any cheese or lettuce aswell as no mayonnaise.

Went to the same counter who initally took my order in clear well spoken English.. suddenly he could not speak in English and kept declining from resolving my request to give me the correct burger that I had paid for.

I requested for the manager who spoke in English, saw that they had made an error and asked the chap to put it right.. he opened up my burger without any gloves and picked it up and took it to the back and came back and handed me a newly looking wrapped burger.

To my surprise I opened up the wrapping and saw the same bitten burger that he initially took away with his bear hands.

I had to call the manager to make another complain who then eventually made me a new burger.

Crazy or what...

The staff was pathetic. Drinks machine were out of order so they started giving everyone Ayran! I asked for a coke can tin they said that i have to pay extra money to get tin cans. They asked for extra 40 TL, i gave them 50 TL note and they said they did not have 10 TL note to return my change. What sort of circus are these guys running?

The food was your typical Burger King. The staff here though was at best below the Average worker, they never called the order number just left it on the counter and we had to figure out the orders. We asked to get spicy mayo and hot sauce but recived regular mayo and ketchup... they were upset that we went back and asked for the right sauce. We had also witnessed one employee go make fries, then scratch her head then touch the tablet and then go back to take fries out all while not washing hands. Definitely was a mistake to go "treat" ourselves here. Won't be coming back.

I went for the food and stayed for the atmosphere, there was a pro Palestine boycott that had made its way from Starbucks, therefore we got stuck inside under riot police protection, take that McDs

Schlechte Logistik und Service .
Ein komplettes Menü gefehlt ...Wartezeit ohne Ende und leider sind die Aushilfskräfte vollkommen überfordert.
Management und Küche sind da keine Hilfe.
...hier braucht es einen kompetenten Leiter und brauchbare Logistik. Schade..

The food was as expected at Burger King. Unfortunately each time we were here the burgers were just warm as they'd just leave the burgers on the tray 10 minutes before getting the fries on there - which means the burger is cold or at best warm! Also the staff struggle with English so always worth repeating your order to avoid unexpected suprises

Hours are a bit different than what shows on google.

Order kiosk was easy to use.

Ordering food was quick via the terminal. After ordering two sandwiches, one was forgotten and only one napkin was given to two people, so I had to go and ask for a second sandwich and napkins. The sandwiches were big, cheap and the taste was quite normal.
