Aqua Parks Leisure is by far our most favourite place to go for a fun day out in Dubai. My 3 & 5 year olds absolutely LOVE it & I do too! The lifeguards are SO friendly, kind & great with the kids. The owner remembers us & makes us feel so welcome. I can’t recommend Aqua Parks enough! We’re having my soon to be 6 year olds birthday there…can’t wait to share the experience with his friends!
This place is amazing! The kids loved it and spent all their energy in the obstacle course. Now they want to keep coming. That's why i love Dubai, it has the best attractions for the family. Great experience during the whole process thanks to the staff, and very safe too.
It was one of the worst experiences that we had. everyone was swearing using F words as well as some arabic offensive language , not to mention screaming at the life guard both my kids got bumped by others there is no safety measures what so ever the manager to mention with zero curtsey screaming at kids screaming at everyone,unprofessional, I don't recommend to throw 70 aed on it
I was there earlier today asking about fees and Entrance for people of determination.
First off , the man I was speaking to who was sitting with his feet up on a chair, stayed in the same position. We're on a beach, but if you know a thing or two about etiquete you'd fix your positioning before speaking to a client.
When I asked about special needs entrance , he asked in this passive aggressive tone "what do you mean special ? Like on the spectrum?" To which I replied "yes"
It's a wonderful idea to treat people, especially those who have specific cases, with respect.
And I'd strongly recommend you urge your employees to sit properly when speaking to someone , not with their feet in the persons face. It's the ABC's of etiquete

Good activity based water park for kids. A set of challenging obstacles in large perimeter, a lot of fun for your kid, failure brings kid into the pool. One hour is probably enough to get them tired. Water can be something cold, so be ready. Can save on ticket costs if booked upfront in kidzapp. Washrooms and change rooms are available in the nearby kite beach facilities. Parking with car might be problematic during the weekends.
I'm overwhelmed with love and gratitude for all the birthday management. I am so blessed to have so many thoughtful greetings that (aqua parks leisure staffs)you guys give it to my kids and parents. There's no'where I'd rather celebrate my kid's birthday with than (aqua parks leisure)you. Thank you for making my daughter birthday party special and i never see anywhere ,

I had my sons birthday party here & I have not stopped hearing how much fun everyone’s kids had at the party! This place was sO much fun! & the staff are the best I have ever experienced. They went out of their way in every aspect.. from keeping the kids entertained to even helping me set up with the biggest smiles & such kindness . Phenomenal! 5 stars well deserved!
