0 stars. Do not order from here. Ordered waffles and they came soggy like raw doe. They then sent me replacements which were worse. When I rang up the girls on the phone were laughing and told me they didn’t know what they could do different but found it funny. Defiantly would not recommend very sloppy soggy waffles

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude from staff! After calling to enquire about my order which i was waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, i got nothing but abuse from the staff being referred to as 'aunty' and then 'bro'. I have been a regular customer to Roccos for nearly 4 years now and i understand at times there is a delay, it can become very busy however I have never experienced such disrespect and appaling customer service by the staff on the phone!

In response to the reply to my review which I left, let you not forget the owner of Roccos personally spoke to me on the phone that same night apologising for what had happened and admitted to hiring 'teenagers' and 'young people' who are not qualified and don't know how to communicate with customers. Note that it's not the first time an order has been late or an item has been missing or something has been burnt.
So you can keep your wise cracks to yourself MATE!

I bought 2 cookie dough’s and milkshake's very disappointed with the milkshake as it only tasted like milk. I bought two milkshake’s different flavours and could not tell the Difference. They Used a lot of whipped cream. I would not recommend the milkshakes. Expensive, and tasteless. I rang to complain that I was not happy. The girl on the counter only said sorry which was not very good Customer Service. I was expecting for them to ask me to bring the milkshakes back or a refund.
Go to ice box in bury I recommend their milkshakes.Tasty and worth the price.

amazing food, absolutely love the desserts. but shocking service!! not even worth a one star, wouldn’t recommend at all unless it was a takeaway service. tried to buy one of the brownies , and as i am allergic wanted to check what type it was & what was in it. lady at the till very dismissive and shrugged unsure to the answer? very unprofessional. even huffed as she had to go find her colleague. we also requested tap water, but the lady again refused until we advised her that we needed this and we’ve been here before of which was happy to give us this. she yet again huffed as she walked off. a man then brought this out but much rather effortlessly slid, very rudely to us along with our food. worst customer service i have ever experienced

Ordered a white and raspberry cookie dough asked them not to over cook as well in advance , got this we could smell the burn as soon as you open the box. Worse customer service ever rang them to say that food is burnt but they keep saying o we can't do anything about it . Would not recommend. Highly disappointed

Ordered choc chip cookie dough which was freshly served with ice cream 🍦 also bought the dirty bit milkshake which was delicious and to be fair I usually feel the shakes elsewhere are a little too sickly this one was spot on.
Had to go for the cornflake tart with custard and this little treat didnt dissapoint, prices were all fair as I ordered off uber eats and will definately be ordering here again when feeling like some sweet food.

This place has been our go to stop for some treats after dinner during current lockdown situation. Appreciation to each and every individual involved doing their best in current times to provide excellent service and mouth watering deserts. This place has been tried and tested various times.

We have tried various items on their menu and are high quality freshly prepared with allergies informed upfront.

Safe to say delicious as anticipated.

Order was nice and warm and delivered within the time slot allocated. Hopefully will order soon.

Management should consider regular customer discounts or upgrades if possible.

Omg! The BEST dessert shop ever! The cookie dough is to die for. This was our 1st time ordering from here & can 100% say we will be ordering again! Speedy delivery, Very polite delivery driver! Would highly recommend to everyone! 👌
