Easy to find but also easy to drive right past it. Best to approach and make a left turn into the lot. A downhill right turn is hard and difficult to see the road. Several potholes filled with water but not deep.

Great little hike to a secluded (but locked) cabin in the woods. Trailhead parking is easy to miss and generally quite crowded on the weekends.

Its a gravel lot with space for dozen cars. Pull off of the road takes a dip down and there are some deep pot holes on the road to the lot.

The entrance is very easy to miss, but the Google maps voice instruction of when to turn is spot on. The drive is sharp turn down and single lane for in and out so take care to enter slowly. The have paved the ramp but potholes in the single lane into the parking area remain. Don't forget your trekking poles, as the coaster is a knee workout.

This is a free public parking lot with easy and quick access to the Appalachian Trail. Heads-up: the directions there using Google Maps are accurate, but the turn off is hard to see and comes up quick. Also, watch out for traffic coming the opposite direction coming in or going out. It’s mostly a steep, bumpy, and one lane little road. I walked out to the White House Overlook 3 miles to the south and back. Still lots of late summer wildflowers to be had!

Parking can be scarce so go early. Also, park tight and back into a spaces if possible, especially on holiday weekends. Drive slow when approaching the entrance, it's easy to miss the turn off. Otherwise, great parking to go south or north on the AT. Trail head is at the far end of the lot, opposite the entrance on the left.

Very small, and fills up quickly. You might pass it the 1st time if heading down the mountain, but there are two small brown signs on the tree that say parking. Personally didn't have any issues but saw 2 cars and 2 trucks scrape their bottoms when entering. A bit of a quick drop from the main road. With how tight it can get from people parking crazy, I'd recommend bringing a small car so as not to get blocked in.
