Food and atmosphere great. Restrooms are nasty. But worst was watching a server mix a Caesar, fish around barehanded (2x!) in a jar for a pickle, then when a garnish fell off the drink on to a barstool seat (you know, the spot people rest their butt), glance around, pick it up, put it back on the drink and serve it. Unbelievable. Hope this isn’t the practice in the kitchen.

Love this place for great Mexican food at a reasonable price.Ice cold Dos Equis draft too.

It’s been awhile since I we ate at Bella Jacks. It’s unlikely we will return until the place gets a good refresh. Front bar is filthy and all the filth is visible to customers. Restrooms were also very tired and not maintained. Albeit they seemed clean.

Food seemed like it was cooked from frozen. Not terrible, but certainly not great.

I truly hope ownership sees this and cleans the place up. It was a great place when it first opened.

To my dismay we were left completely hanging upon arrival. We had reservations but told to wait whilst man in blue shirt was on his phone. We didn't know if we were to wait outside,or in our our vehicle. Every barstool was unoccupied and we're ignored. Not offered a drink or a seat. If it wasn't for reservations for a birthday party we would've left.
After this cold greeting however the waitress was able to turn our experience around and food was delicious.

Man in blue shirt obviously needs etiquette lessons. I didn't know why were brushed off while he was on his cellphone.

I really liked the place. Not a fancy restaurant where you feel uncomfortable, but a restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere and delicious food. We highly recommend that guests of the city visit and eat delicious Mexican food.

Ambiance, ambiance, ambiance! The service is amazing too. Very attentive.

Tempted to add on an extra taco? You won't need it, but do it anyway. The food is so good and the servings are generous so you'll be excited to be able to take some home for later.

The setting is adorable and the music is quaint. It was also the best Margarita I've had all year!

We have never been here before and when we arrived to Bella Jack's they were lined out the door. But don't you worry as they were fast, staff are attentive, friendly and ask if we need things before I even think of it. As for the food there are so many options, everything we ordered was flavourful, hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!
