Very old selection.
The new designs are just very expensive

Went in to buy some crease guard protectors for my New AF1 Store manager at hand to help extremely helpful even allowed me to try them in my trainers polite and friendly would return to buy again defoo worth a visit ..

It states the opening hours were updated 2 weeks ago on Google and they are wrong! No signage in the shop windows to show opening times so can only go by what Google suggests. Google says Saturday open until 8pm, 7.10pm when we arrived it was closed, so 10am Sunday morning we arrive again because it says 10am-4pm on Google. Once again, it's closed!

Two wasted journeys advertising they're open when they're not. Got what I needed from Sports Direct down the road because they actually advertise their correct opening hours!!

Terrible attitude from a person authorising my refund. Not helpful and rude, could tell other assistants felt uncomfortable when she was puffing when I couldn’t find my Apple Pay details. The lady need customer service training, and a bit of kindness in her. Shopping regularly but first time treated like this 👎

Visited and chose 2 pairs of trainers that I was intending to purchase. The woman doing the running either needs a break or a career change as a customer facing role is clearly not for her.
I can only assume that she was a manager due to her attire and also attitude towards other members of staff. Just this also extends to customers.
She threw one pair on the couch and walked off with the other - the staff member serving me had to go and chase her!
I tried on one shoe from both pairs as that was all that was in the box. When asked about the other shoe she replied with “well are you actually going to buy them” and stormed off.
Whether or not she was having a bad day or not is irrelevant.
No way to behave and talk to a customer. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything. Thought I’d save her the hassle of doing her job 👍

Good store with good range of footwear, however disappointed by the lack of help from members of their team. We stood with converse trainers in our hands for a fair while, we asked a lad who said he was serving another customer but will get help for us, so we stood there and waited a few minutes, still nothing and he was back to serving his customer. A few extra minutes went by and no one came to help and numerous staff members were just chatting folding clothes and chatting amongst themselves so we've decided to order the shoes online instead.

It was more frustrating that there were only us and the other customer in that area where the converse were, if it was really busy we would have understood.

Great selection of Spoting goods. Only problem I come across is that if you want trainers the staff are great but if you want shin pads like I did for my daughter the staff were hopeless and I was told know nothing about them can't help you.
Don't know if this is because of turn over of staff or that there is no training given.
