Chania Pro Fishing Trips

Where to begin… to describe one of the most touching and amazing exudes our lives… ans we are no talking about all the tasty fresh fish we caught… we are talking about Manos, the most genuine, pleasant and spiritual person one can hope to encounter… Today will be translated to lifetime…

Wow!!! This is a company with a big heart. Captain Manos and George are an incredible team!! We spent the day fishing and it was a fantastic way to end our holiday in Chania. Captain George made sure the sea condition was safe and he kept in touch to let us know when the sea was the best condition for fishing. He gave us advice the night before on what to eat for breakfast in case of sea sickness. I have never fished before. My 13 year old son loves fishing so this was a treat for him. My family and 2 other families were shown how to fish. We managed to catch more than enough fish for lunch. Captain Manos and George cooked the fish and made salads, moussaka, stuffed vine leaves, cakes and fruits. We felt like guest in their home. The service was so personal and their hearts wanted so much to make each and everyone of us happy. I was very touch by the care and love they showed us. This day will always be a happy memory for my family and we will talk about it with great fondness. Thank you to Captain Manos and George for making us feel so welcomed in your boat.

Beautiful day spent with Captain Manos on the sea! He took great care of making things feel great during this day and explaining every little thing. We couldn't get much fish the first time, so we kept moving until we hit the jackpot.

The boat could sit many more people but Captain Manos limits the number of passengers to 8, which is the sweet spot to have a great time with each others.

The day ended with a very nice swim while the catch of the day was being cooked.

The pricing is very fair given the content of the excursion, we definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to have a great day while around Chania!

I will just quote my seven-year-old daughter here… “The captain is soooo nice. We made new friends. I want to spend the rest of my life on this boat. Give them a 200 star review.”
I will add that this was our best day in Crete. Do not pass up this beautiful experience!

This was much much more than a fishing trip. We had a day out to sea in a beautiful part of the world with Capt Manos and George, two of the most warm and friendly people we have met. When sufficent fish for lunch had been caught, we were off to a nearby island for a swim in crystal clear waters while lunch was being prepared. Then a freshly prepared meal that would put a lot of restaurants to shame. Plus wine and conversations after lunch. It was so sad when we had to head for shore to meet a previous appointment.
Best day imaginable.

Amazing day. We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and although the boat holds 8, we had the boat to ourselves. Captain Manos and George are the perfect hosts and even if you don't know how to fish, you will catch fish. George then cooked the fish on the boat and yes Manos, your moussaka is the best we have ever tasted. We even had the red Arrows perform over the bay which was such a bonus. If you want a real Greek fishing trip, this is a must. Manos and George are good, kind people and if we come to Chania again, we will be doing this trip again. Xxx
