I did not like the food . The bacon 🥓 was
burnt. The music in the restaurant was super loud that the cashier messed up my order.

Honestly, these burgers are hands down better than In-N-Outs! The patties are thicker, and they taste freshly cooked too, plus their Cajun fries are unbeatable!!

The burgers are always simple with good meat and cooked to order. The fries are also awesome and so hot and steamy.

Hands down for the burgers which is very goods and tasty.

Everything else is offer separately and the prices is very high for a burger joints. There is no combo meal offer. With selecting a burger, fries, and a regular drinks it could cost about $20 easy. For this amount I can go eat at a low budget buffet restaurant and enjoy a variety of foods. To be fair, this place does offer unlimited peanuts. My assessment of the peanuts are: it’s over roasted which is very dry and way too salty. Maybe it’s management’s way to limit how much their customers would eat the free peanuts.

The cashiers/servers do not have customers service skills. Very monotone, no eye contact, and no addressing customers respectfully. They need training for this skills set.

I would come back for the burger only and go elsewhere for the fries, drinks or shake.

It’s a matter of time for this restaurant chain to go under if nothing is done about their high prices and lack of employees training.

It a good hamburger like a BBQ with foil it comes with 2 meats kinda pricey for a soda and a cheese burger 16$$$$$

20 dollars for a double burger and regular fries???! The burger wasn't even that great, bread felt chewy and almost doughy. Nothing special about it, and the fries!!! 7 dollars for a small little cup of fries? Didn't they used to nearly fill the bag up with fries? The owners are cheapskates, I could have bought 2 meals from in n out for under 20 dollars

WAY TOO COLD INSIDE!!! Almost unbearable. Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't enjoy it comfortably. I love Five Guys but next time we are going somewhere else. Employees say they don't know how to control the temperature . Unfortunately, I will not be returning here.
