Omelette Factory Santee

I had an issue in the restaurant so I brought it to the attention of the manager Ralph who was on duty and insisted of being professional and helpful he was extremely condescending and rude, and did bring it to the staff’s attention as to how rude Ralph the manager was and the staff definitely agreed they do not like working with him. I feel for the staff, my family and I will definitely never go back there again.

Looking for a brunch spot, we tried the Omelet Factory in Santee. The atmosphere is big and beautiful. Santee, located in the desert of San Diego, offers a lot of meal options to try. I had the California Omelette with hash browns ($17.49) and a peach juice ($3.99), while others tried the Factory Omelette ($17.99) and a mimosa ($8.99). The meals were big, delicious, and worth trying. The server was nice, but she forgot to bring us boxes, and we waited a long time until I finally asked another server. This experience made me feel less energetic about returning. That's how I feel.

Me and my husband found this gem when we were doing some business near by. And let me tell you - we are so glad we did. He ordered southern breakfast and he loved it. Their coffee was delicious too and my husband is big into coffee. If he’s saying its good, it means its great! 👍🏻 I had an egg benedict and it is the best one I have had so far. The amount of sauce on it was chefs kiss, hash brown was crunchy from the outside and fluffy in the middle.

If you are nearby and are looking for delicious breakfast, 10/10 I suggest to check them out. Loved it and will definitely come back!❤️

I ordered twice in one day. The first was senior breakfast - standard eggs, bacon, hash browns, with pancake & coffee to go. Browns not crispy as requested & no butter or syrup included, great otherwise. I went back to order the Neopolitan waffle special for the day. Night and day on service, and this take out included everything needed. Waffle was good, but too sweet - less chocolate and the sweet butter ball in toppings and it would have been perfect.

This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!

Ahhh mazing food, service, drinks and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was about 20 minutes for 4. Took a bit for our server to come by, but someone else came and got our drink orders. We got corn beef hash, chicken fried steak, eggs Benedict, and a senior meal for food. Bloody Mary was delicious and not spicy. The pancakes were so delicious! All the food was huge portions and so yummy! Our server, Mary was fun and attentive! Will definitely be back when I am back in town!

I have come to appreciate more and more with each visit just how enjoyable it is to dine here. The moment you walk in a lovely hostess greets you. I look forward to Tracey's greeting me with her warm smile. Then seated

Hot orange and spice tea with honey please and OH honey..... it's like I entered into a comfort zone. I just relax with the
delicious tea. Then This awesome waitress Samantha asks "what would you like to order?"
'Oh the senior omlette sounds good'. Off she goes and before you know it she is bringing me this delicious looking
Omelette. I watch the flow of incoming and leaving satisfied customers. Waiters and waitresses hostess all scurring about assuring that cups are full customers treated as 🧡
