Fantastic cute little corner café. I work around Spitalfields and can confirm that this is the best coffee around this area. I always choose Pause to support the great small business instead of the big chains around here. The owner and staff are so welcoming, friendly and nice - thank you for the best coffee and great service!

Lovely cafe in Spitalfields, really nice coffee, paninies (highy recommend the chicken Sicilian one), sweet treats (especially the carrot cake) and great options for lunch such as pasta and wraps. Service is excellent, staff are really friendly and always provide a quick service. Thank you Pause cafe 😊

The guy that attends the business is very rude. the food is very average, so if you add the bad service on top of that there's no way i'd go back or recommend to anyone.

I love their salmon bagel, and their coffee is good too. Have tried a couple of other things as well so the food is consistently good.
Not sure if their meat options are halal, but if they were, I’d definitely try them out.

Haven’t tried any of the bakery/cake items but they do look good. I normally go there in the morning so the sweet tooth doesn’t quite make an appearance at that time. The interior is nice too.

They make very, very good coffee and have a great selection of sandwiches. Prices are super moderate as well and it's lovely to sit outside and people watch while enjoying a coffee and a pastry.

So delicious and freshly made. The staff are friendly. The manager I think even insisted on giving me back some money (even though I said it was fine) because they one of their ingredients ran out for the breakfast I ordered. It’s really cosy and unpretentious in there and has a nice comfortable feel.
