blend (East West Coffee Shop)

I have manu times came hear to study or even do work for my business and most definitely the staff are great it's relaxing calm not busy and it's immaculate customer services hear

It's a really nice and quiet café. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the space appears to be really clean. The place is spacious, with a first floor that could be used as a study area. The staff are amazing, and the food was delicious. I ordered a chai latte and Victoria cake, both of which were incredibly delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that the chai latte was served in a small glass; it would've been better if it were served in a cup.

As a returning customer I’m appalled by the review I have to write. Today myself and a few of my friends came to Blend to have lunch. After we finished our meal we moved to a booth, leaving the dirty plates behind. Shortly after this we were aware of the staff pointing and glaring at us from behind the bar. Soon after we were approached and repeatedly asked if we had ordered and we reassured them we had. Finally, a woman came up to us and demanded we leave the building siting that we had lied about having ordered food and that none of the staff recognised us. We attempted to show our receipts and bank statements showing we had paid and we were brushed off rudely. We left because we felt so uncomfortable by the situation and frankly we will not be returning. Hopefully this is sorted and doesn’t happen to another customer because the whole experience was very rude and unpleasant.

Cute cafe, very friendly staff and two floors so plenty of seating. They also have at least 4 different types of plant based milks and a good variety of vegan foods.

Really nice coffee shop at bottom of office block. Really good coffee and service. Food looked good but didn't have any.

Nice seating area which was nice to sit in.

If in the area would stop for coffee.

Was very happy when Blend opened up on this side of the city centre. East West doesn’t disappoint - lovely coffee and a great spot to chat or work.

Just wish they could open on weekends and past 3pm, but understand it is situated in an office block.

Really great experience. Hope it opens at evening.
