Food was really good but loses two stars for not allowing card payments

Very good Serbian grill

Given positive reviews on here, I was keen to try this place out. Having placed my order using a well known home delivery service - I waited 2hrs for a non-delivery. Yep. Nothing. No call. No email. No refund. Having called the place at 10:07pm, the cook, the wife, co-owner who knows? (Would not give her name to assist my inquiry of a refund) gave a lack lustre performance saying no-one could deliver. This explanation I could accept. (She is given a 1 Star because she at least took my call whereas her husband passed the call over. It happened!) What was utterly unacceptable was the owners never cared to call to cancel my order, to inform by simply calling, doing something, anything to say they could not fulfil their obligation. Did they think they could get away with it? On a Saturday night, I was simply not given any option to order elsewhere due to incompetency. Awful experience. Complete oversight or scam who knows? A thin hope no comeback by online customer. Such a shame really. Cancelled order, failure to deliver could simply have been resolved with a quick phone call. Instead I have to write this godforsaken review to warn others that you may or may not get your delivery depending on the competency of whoever has to take your online order. No food. No chance to order elsewhere. Unacceptable.

Craving Cevapi and this place really hit the spot, bread was fresh and heated up on the grill. Meal for 1 person was a mixed grill, good if you are hungry. Meat grilled to perfection. Note cash only. Staff have limited English but enough to order. Quite a local spot, lot of locals chilling there, very authentic, family run business. Best meal I've had in Vienna, and affordable!

This was my very first time and first couple of hours in Vienna. I suddenly found this place on the maps. The food was great and the staff was really nice. The cleanliness should be improved.

Some of the best Serbian food I've ever had. We order the mixed grill and a couple of salads, which was more than enough for two people. Every bit of meat was an explosion of flavour and the traditional style of bread was baked fresh that day and warmed up on the grill.
