Worst Freight Forwarder I've ever dealt with, my shipment have arrived at the transit port, no one have contacted me to inform me. After me messaging them, Freight link gave me some random number from the Shipping Line call center I had to search for my shipment, I end up paying additional 450EUR for container storage fees because the documents were not completed properly, despite me calling them constantly, even though I have paid for door to door service. I will never ever use them again.
