I stopped by to get some $2 Bobby pins but everything was locked behind glass. I pressed a button that was supposed to bring someone to come and, of course, no one came. Then I searched and found an employee and she said she was busy and couldn’t help me but would send someone to help. I waited at least another 8 minutes and no one came so I just gave up.

If you’re going to lock such low cost items behind glass you’d better hire more staff to help. It’s insane. I’m heading to Target next time.

Bought items on 7/29 noticed cashier put my items in two different bags and then put the big bag inside of another bag. I had Bought some keto macchiato drinks and a packet when I got to my destination, I opened the big bag. All my stuff was there in the big bag and I was looking for the keto when I opened the second bag. There was nothing in there at all. I tried to call customer service. I was on the phone for 12 minutes and I am very disappointed. How someone can just take your stuff and get away with it I mean, the other bag was just empty . I guess it’s hard to find a good customer service and great employees that actually value their job

Large store but limited inventory choices. The self checkout area has been closed for months. The express self checkout ailse I used failed and the associates couldn't fix it. I was left without any recourse to recover the wasted time (10 mins), and the associate insulted my character when I finally decided to just leave. Walmarts are already poorly run, why run then abominably with extra effort?

Just want to complain about the avocados you guys are selling in many of your nation wide stores. I’m a truckdriver and i work nation wide. In various stores i buy avocados to join with my meal but it’s becoming very usual that they are sick, even after 1 week or more they are hard as a stone and they just rotten being hard. Please check with your provider because this happened with 8 different avocado nets in the past 2 months.

This place has a very bad customer service.
I was asked to go to the cashier instead of self check out because she said I had too many items. I had 16 items but the 3 large bags of chicken feed was taking most of the place in the cart. I place all the small item on the roller for the cashier to scan. The cashier scanned the small items and she asked me to pay. I told her to include also the large 3 bags. She said no you better pay for these first and after pay again the large bag. I said that did not make any sense to me, but I did what she asked me to do. So I had to pay twice. Once at the exit door another lady checked my receipt I told her I was checked out by a cashier. She could not care less, she started looking into my bags and see if everything on the receipt matched. Another waste of time. Once I left I was furious. I will never go to this Walmart ever again.
And all the plants in nursery were out of water half dead. Horrible sight!

It has been a couple years since I visited this store, and WOW has it gone downhill! Much of the merchandise, even 1$ generic ibuprofen, is now in locked cases, only a few associates have keys, and they are difficult to find. Once you do find them they’re in a hurry, so good luck getting what you want. The overall shopping experience is slow, frustrating and hostile. As a consequence I won’t be back, and I would encourage other people to avoid stores like this for fear of having this ugly trend spread.

There has got to be a better way to control loss!!!

I have NEVER been to a Walmart where literally EVERYTHING was behind a lock box. Hairbrushes, hair dye, socks??, boxers….clearly they have a theft problem but this is disgusting. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here any time soon. I personally don’t like the vibe of the place.

I’m generally sort of neutral on Walmart in general. I don’t go often but when I need a variety of items, it can be convenient (as well as inexpensive).

This was my first time in the store and I was shocked at how much stuff was in locked cases. Deodorant, laundry detergent, cold medicine, belts and batteries.

So much for the convenience of getting everything in one store.

I only had about 5 items when I headed to check out. All of the regular registers had long lines so I headed to the self checkout. One was closed. The other had 40+ people in a line that stretched into the aisles.

I threw my stuff onto a floor display and walked out.

This particular Walmart obviously has some serious problems. Primarily that all the people who should be checkers are busy unlocking display cases.

The store with red circles on their sign had the same items and only 2 people in the self checkout line.

I won’t go back to this Walmart. Ever.
