Had the beef bolognese which was decent but not exactly mind blowing.

On the other hand the pork (the dish across the table) with the mash potatoes and beans was impressively cooked. The pork was still juicy and tender yet flavorful highly recommend getting that dish.

The queue during peak hours such as dinner on weekdays and weekends is really long, so come early if you do not wish to wait about half an hour for your food.

The food is good and definitely value for money. Come early to avoid the long queues. Downside is that you would be pressured to finish your food fast to give your seats to next customer.

Nice western comfort food.

House in a coffee shop, it is nicely renovated to give a simple and comfortable dining experience.

Chicken Chop ($14)
Homely feel. The chicken paired nicely with the mashed potato and gravy.

Chicken salad ($10)
Nice vinaigrette dressing of balsamic vinegar. The tangy sourish taste makes it a nice complement to the chicken chop to cut that greasy taste.

Nice place for hanging out. I see others drink and have side dishes to go with it.

I ordered the Aus Ribeye steak (medium well) and a coke via the counter, payment made and took the cutlery placed near the counter myself. This place is operating within the coffee shop. I took the seat near the cooler fan as it was 5+pm in the afternoon and it was a hot day. The steak was well cooked with a little pink , pepper sauce was light, salad was fresh and the french fries was extremely good. Paid $28 for the meal, no service charge and GST is included.
Their server will bring the food to you but for other requirement - e.g. chilli, ketchup, more ice for your drinks, additional plate or water, it's self service.
I guess this place can be a good venue for chit chatting over beer and nice food. I just felt a little uncomfortable as it was too hot to enjoy the food.

Foods good and well put together, service is efficient, price is reasonable, and they have nice chilled music in the background.

What's not to like?

Oh.. if only they served nicely chilled wine by the glass too 😁

Superb Western food in Yuhua Village. Coffee shop set up and expect long queue during dinner time. Ordered pork steak, grill chicken, seafood marinara and crispy chicken fingers. All food are nice and portion is rather huge. The sauce for grill chicken is delicious, and chicken is tender. Seafood marinara tomato taste is strong. Overall good Western food in the west.

Glad to have a restaurant grade of western food within a neighborhood. Price point is considered high if you were to compare with neighbourhood coffee shop western food. But it’s unfair to do so. I would say that for this price point you could be paying for the food and the effort and ingredients to prepare. Sacrifice made for the non air-conditioned environment and plastic chairs being rebated back as savings.
