Been here on 3 occasions and it drew complements from the different groups for their food, ambience, and service.

Try their White Cold Brew too, it's good. 👍

Do make reservation as during lunch or dinner hours the place might be full.

Pork schnitzel was not bad. Fish n chip was bad, it has a strong smell. Won’t recommend it. Like the cozy type atmosphere. One guy waiter was super helpful and friendly.

Dog friendly which is great. Order from the counter and paid straight. Ice cream was nice but too expensive in my opinion - 5.50/scoop. Overall was okay if I were in the neighbourhood.

Cozy cafe serving all day brunch food at reasonable prices, and decent portions in the Beauty World area. Water is available, self service, and plus points for no service charge.

Parking can be tricky due to limited lots. I recommend drivers to park at the nearby HDB blocks instead.

☕ Iced white latte, $6 (8/10): You can choose between two types of coffee: Paradise or Folk Yard. I opted for Paradise, which has fruitier, roasted nutty flavors and makes a delicious milky latte. Folk Yard has a more acidic profile.

🐥 Chicken parmigiana, $18 (8/10): dish features well-seasoned, crunchy, crispy batter coating tender and juicy chicken. It is topped with melted cheese, mushrooms, and a tomato base, resembling a chicken pizza. It comes with crispy, thick, and chunky fries and a side salad, making it very satisfying.

🫑 Mac and cheese, $15 (6/10): This dish tasted predominantly of capsicums with nacho cheese sauce. The toppings of prawns, mushrooms, and chorizo sausage bits helped balance the flavors, making it less cloying. While it works well as a side dish, it wasn't as satisfying as a main. The strong capsicum flavor might be polarizing—you'll either love it or find it overwhelming.

Service was excellent - we asked for a replacement of our avocado shake as we felt the bananas were unripe and it was quickly served to us. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food left a little to be desired - had a great experience previously but felt let down by the parmigiana and the burger. Breakfast set and tater tots were banging though. Had high expectations from our visit a year ago!

Very pleasant place overall!

Ordered their flag white burger and fish and chips. Both tasted decent, nothing to shout about. If the burger meal can come with a side of salad will be best. Also ordered their black cold brew, a bit too acidic for my liking. Had better ones elsewhere. Maybe it could just be my personal preference. Service was basic.

Make reservations whenever possible. Expect a queue if walking-in. Interior seats are very limited. Having to sit outside means dining with uneven chairs and rocking tables. Occasionally having smelly big dogs next to you and barking ones waiting for their moment to charge at one another. Other than that, it's a decent place. No service charge, so self service. The staff were friendly enough and semi helpful. The food is actually quite good. Very well portioned. But the salad at the sides was not fresh with some leaves already turning colour. Cost is fair. Good luck trying to park in the 2 lots that are available for drivers.

Mac n cheese is really good. Chicken parmigiana is good too. Small place but wide variety of menu options. Will bring friends here to try next round.
