A large Koufu foodcourt with many different cuisines and variety of food. Tried most of the stalls before, they are nice. Pricing is average.

It’s really difficult to get seats so I normally dabao and eat it at the quiet park nearby.

Mince meat noodle stall. I was queuing and notice the lady who prepare the order was quick but suddenly the cashier machine face issue hence she help the guy cashier to reach down below the machine to reset it with THE SAME GLOVE that was use for preparing food.

I immediately left the queue after I saw her use the same glove to touch the noodle and prepare food.

This food court is really a paradise for food lovers! There are many kinds of cuisine here, and the food at each stall is very delicious. The environment is very comfortable and clean, making people feel relaxed. Reasonable price, more choice, suitable for all tastes👍

My previous time I ordered lor mee from koufu app at Fishball Noodle stall but i waited for it very long, they served all q customers but they also never noticed my order until i came and asked then they made it for me. But i just took it easy because maybe their stall was busy.
But today i ordered again from the app then their store was quite free, no customers at all. They still didn't notice my order, i also tried to wait for them until customers come again. And the same thing happened, i need to wait until fed up.
I don't know what wrong with them or the KOUFU APP got problem then they cannot see my order.
Ordering from app or q up to order we also have to pay money for food, i dont eat your food for free too.
But when I ordered from other stores, it was quite FAST.

This is a considerably large Kou Fu foodcourt. It has a total of 16 stalls selling a wide variety of food. It has a sizable air-conditioned dining area and a slightly smaller outdoor non air-conditioned dining area.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE MALA STALL! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I have been buying from this stall for a year. They used to use mental calculations. Thus, throughout the year, I paid anywhere from S$8 to $12 for the same items. I have never add or reduce any items.

This was fine until recently. They claimed to charge by weight. And the price went up to $18! Thus, I did an experiment for the past 1 month by reducing the items and today, totally removed any meat. The cost $17.60 for 4 noodles, 5 豆皮,3 tau pok and 1 豆干. Told them that I wanted to speak to their manager as this reached my limit. They referred me to the food court manager. The food court manager was nice and I shown him my receipt and collected food to prove my purchase.

The stall manager explanation to the food court manager was: tau pok is classified under seafood/meat!!! 豆干under mushroom!!! Scammers! See attached receipt.

The food court manger has taken a picture of my collected food besides the receipt. He said koufu will follow up with the Mala stall.

I have heard of many aunties and uncles complaining previously but it was within my accepted range so I still buy from them. Then I saw Google reviews and decided to share too.

Today is the last straw.

I would like to share this experience so that you buy with your eyes open. Inflation 20-30%, accepted. Not ridulous pricing or anyhow charging.

I have shared my best Mala stall experience at Kopitiam @ Hougang One with Koufu manager. That stall keyed in itemised vegetable, meat, tau pok etc. Basically all items. And they shared the receipt. This is called honest and transparency.

Can’t believe there were 3 metal wires inside the seaweed soup. When brought up to the attention of the staff, they just brushed us off that this is part of the seaweed from China. Nonsense! Ridiculous.

This is a No No! What if the kids have eaten these. Gosh. And they have no repentance.
