I went into the store to buy Tears of the Kingdom, after seeing online that they had a used copy. Upon walking into the store, we were greeted by one girl who was sitting behind the counter, on her phone (definitely a personal call). We were the only customers in the store and no one offered to help us.
We walked to the counter to check out, where the other girl glanced at us, and proceeded to walk away to do something else. I realized I wanted to look at Xbox accessories anyway, so we wandered off to do that. When checking out I asked about the Edge Platinum price (I used to have a card but it’s long since expired) because we would have gotten a membership today to save on the game. She said “Oh, I don’t know. I think you have to get those online”. I checked - you should be able to sign up at any store in the country, and she couldn’t even tell me the price.
Overall a very poor experience, and this particular GameStop has lost a customer. I love going to GameStop because the staff are usually the best! This one was different, and the girls working there were extremely uninterested. Won’t be going back.

My son and I visited to see Pokémon cards. The staff greeted us and offered help. They were patient and kind. We browsed the many other cool items they had. It isn't a huge store but it still has a big variety of items, games, cards, binders, collection items, toys, glasses and cups etc.
We were supposed to go back with his gift card before leaving for Qc and sadly completely forgot. Thanks for showing us all the cards you had, even the ones behind the counter. 😊

Apparently there's a rule here about never answering the phone? I'd be less irritated if I hadn't been in-store the same day and WATCHED them simply not answer (and not because it was busy).

that Sean guy is amazing. he deserves any type of pay raise possible. he always gets his job done, he is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and better yet: he knows whats best for the customers. 10/10, will definitely be shopping here more often

The last couple visits to this location have had me thinking to myself..." I need to write the gamestop company and let them know what amazing service I received ". Sean is super Friendly and really goes above and beyond. I have seen a big shift in this store in the last year or so. I do not remember seeing him before then, but he is a great hire. Thank you!

I had a defective headset which the manager did get me a new set, but it was a long time and when I simply went into the store to ask about an update they stopped me at the front door and refused my entry. They said the manager wasn’t there and I should leave and to call later. I’ve never returned a single item or had an issue before. For some reason the employees had something against me. I had 4 pre-orders on a row that I wasn’t given a phone call reminder and they never set the games aside for me. I spoke with the manager and he said he’d talk with the employees and it was after that the employees refused to let me in the store. I’ve never been back to this store. If the employees aren’t doing their job why should the customer pay the price? Just go to Walmart, they’re open later and have always gone out of their way for me without hesitation.
