Dhow cruise Dubai

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. They were late departing (Deira), as they just wanted to keep filling seats without any regard for prebooked customers who were sitting on the sweltering hot dhow! Then the boat moved to the middle of the river and just floated there without moving and when it did move, the passengers werent even aware as one person asked the crew member when we would start, who replied "we are moving". My children who are learning to swim said they could swim faster than this boat. The crew were very unhelpful and please dont pay extra to sit on top deck as people moved around freely despite having allocated seats. The food was inedible and the drinks were served in plastic cups rather than cans or bottles. I sincerely was expecting much from this cruise for the money I paid, but this was even worse than my very low expectations. I have to add that the "entertainment" was a guy literally didnt have space to swing a cat.

Update- After informing the staff about the bad service they started yelling and fighting with us.

Pathetic service. Pathetic Food. All these reviews are fake. Don't opt for their service you ll end up regretting. They over charge for every-freaking-thing.
There was no dance show, no welcome drinks, only 1 water bottle was provided and they charged unfair amount.

Horriible experience! Shouting on ladies - The food was rotten no welcome drinks, No music and charged me extra to Sit on deck- Hardly 3 4 guys on dhow The trip was for only 1HR they started at 7.30 ended at 8.40. On arrival i chased them but they started shouting on my wife and mom ! They don't know how to talk " Don't waste your money 🙏 They won't provide you any information prior !! Stay away

Cruise name : Destination middle East/ Happy smiles.
No puppet dance and tanoura show as mentioned in the package.
Just small rounds in the creek area. No entertainment.

Food was horrible. Briyani rice stinks. Charged high and did not provide anything. Only 8 people were boarded on the cruise.

Please do not get cheated by them. We booked by seeing good ratings. But all the ratings are fake.

Staff is nice cooperative. Cruise is nice. But food is bad as you can imagine. We were 6 people no ate anything. Biryani bad
White rice bad . Chicken curry bad . Even hummus is very bad . I would have given one star but one is for staff & and one is for vibe .
Paid extra for upper deck & they asked 20 each more for sofas .
After all that No food upstairs.
And guy was asking to not take food upstairs.

Can i rate no star? Definitely a big NOOOO 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 from service, to food, to facility, to staff, ❌❌❌ unfortunately, a waste of money and time. 😔 Paid extra for upper deck that ends up going down as there’s no food upstairs. With regards to food, 🥴🥴🥴 only rice is 2/10 the rest are -10 / 10 , they are even hiding the kebab that taste like liver spread. Sorry guys, but nothing good to say. Maybe only the one who performed did his job tonight.

Service was great. Very tasty food.
The whole trip to see fireworks should be shorter. It should start at 11-1.
4.5h was too long. Very tiring.

A wonderful experience. Had really good programs outlined as well as the seating. The food had good varieties as well. The staff and crew are always there to cater to our needs. Had an awesome time overall. The dance variants area treat to the eyes
