The station itself is spectacular in every way yet it could be better by upgrading the timing display systems , other proper seating system and waiting areas overall it's a great place which gives access to almost every region of INDIA

Could still be more convenient if dedicated platforms for the different routes are made available. Waiting and watching where each of these trains will arrive and then running around with the luggage can be quite taxing.

Too much crowd, dirty premises and poor shape of facilities. Nothing works as compared to no. Of trains arriving here. Station needs upgrade.
Good part is auto connectivity outside.
No bargain, Fixed charges mostly

Kalyan Junction is in very bad condition. The bridge and platforms are always dirty and not maintained. Outside the station, conditions are also very poor. There is no traffic control; autos and buses frequently overlap, making it difficult to cross the road due to heavy traffic. On the west side of the bridge, sellers often throw vegetables. The east side of the bridge is consistently unclean, with plastic and other debris scattered around. The self-ticket counters sometimes do not work properly. The ladies at the ticket counters are often rude.

As usual very dirty, sickening railway station. Outside station it is even worst. One cannot cross the road. Handicapped people not suggested to cross. Zig zag traffic. So many autorickshaws, no control over its numbers. No traffic cops or signal to manage. Very poor

One of the best and crowded railway stations it's 24/7 every day for passengers. One can board the train for going to any corner of India.as it's junction connecting to many and every corner.Beautiful and busy station with both local and express trains
