I only put one star as there is no option for no star, awful customer service, one person doesn’t know what the other is doing, one of the most expensive to use but you will get pushed from pillar to post, phoned them up as a gentleman drove his car through my parents in law garage , they somehow put the claim against my parents in law and doubled there premiums without telling them, then when told there mistake it was like a carry on film. When parents left because they doubled the premiums they tried after a year with threatening phone calls demanding money of OAP parents. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE PLAYING RUDE EMAIL TENNIS

Very expensive for empty properties.
