i have stenosis between L4 / L5 and i was suffering from constant pain in my glutes & lower back.
after having multiple sessions with Sohil (Dr. Shafie), now i feel much better. Sohil is spending a good one hour each session truly working on my back including chiropractic, acupuncture and adjustment.
he also opened up my hip which let go of the pressure on my nerves.

I have been getting regular, amazing care from the practitioners at this clinic for almost 15 years now. I can still remember the old days at their cozy offices on the Danforth before they moved to their current beautiful and spacious offices. When a rehab department was added, and other services, I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about the expansion of the clinic. It took me a while to sign up here for treatment for persistent neck and back pain but I eventually had to do this.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have finally signed up with the new additional services at the clinic, and found an exceptional chiropractor, Dr Sohil Shafiei. I can still remember the very first appointment when I walked into his office. I felt welcomed and at ease. Him and his staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the treatment rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and welcoming.

But what has really stood out for me over the years is the quality of care I have been receiving from Dr Shafiei. He has intense listening skills, and always takes his time to listen to my concerns and understand my symptoms before proposing a treatment. Throughout my appointments, he is very patient, always gentle, and informative, explaining each step of the process and ensuring that I feel comfortable and confident in his care.

I always feel much better after each visit with him, improved range of motion and the stiffness and pain gradually decreases. I even feel more energy and balance overall. He always takes time as well to give me additional exercises to do at home, valuable advice on posture and self-care, the importance of drinking more water, daily exercises, sleep and more.

I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for highly professional and effective care, with passion and a smile. He has really helped me, and I am grateful for his expertise, compassion, and dedication.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Appointments are very quick - within 2-3 days. I have been a client for chiropractic treatments for a few years and wouldn't see anyone else for my lower back and hip - always feel great relief from pain and discomfort without the need for medication.
