Church Wellesley Medical Clinic

This clinic is in the heart of the gay village, it's not far from home, which is convenient for me. This has been my doctor since I moved to Toronto ( has moved several times) it has both in person and phone calls appointments.....

Starting from the family Dr, who’s really great none judgmental and always helpful and gives fast appointments, he listens and never rushes you. Then the pharmacist who are the most caring pharmacist that I ever met, very helpful and kind and so knowledgeable. also I had the most painless blood work in the lab there, The lady who works at the lab is the greatest at her job, been in 4 different labs before and none were this easy/painless. Also have to mention the nurse and the front desk who are also friendly kind and hepful. Overall every time I was there I had nothing but the best experience i possibly could and it’s because of all these great people who are working hard. Thank You All

Dr P and his nurse are amazing! The rest of the staff are very polite and professional. The clinic is always spotless. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Always had great experiences with the CW Clinic. Quick response time on the phone and easy to set up appointments. Dr. Zaikos has been very helpful over the past year.

Phenomenally bad service. Receptionist has lied on multiple occasions and proceeded to do so again. Gave false information about appointments leading to charges I had to deal with. She is insanely rude and has openly laughed in my face when I said I was having an anxiety crisis. She told me my email was wrong and that another doctor set up an appointment she wasn't there for and I still have the post it for in MY doctors handwriting.

Don't care how good my doctor is. He isn't worth the constant harassment received from the front desk staff.

Great doctors but the front desk never answer calls. My call goes to their voicemail every time and takes forever to get back. They need a better system. Based on the reviews here, everybody is experiencing the same yet the clinic is not doing anything. 😢 How disappointing.
