Fantastic park for long walks or for kids to play with a nice view of Wuppertal

Beautiful park area in Wuppertal. With a few hiking path and nice benches to sit. There is also an enclosed area for deer, where kids can see them up close as well as a nice little playground. They also recently installed a visitor platform, where you can look over most parts of Wuppertal. Now it only needs a better connection to public transport. Full recommendation. 👌🏿👌🏿

Very cool find in Wuppertal, with great views across the city from a specially designed platform (and in general from most of the park). The neighbourhood around the park is also quite picturesque, old houses with character, nice forested trails to and from the park. As it's quite far from the centre, it's not that frequented so a good local spot to hang out. Also very good for runs if you can take the steep slopes.
