Great dentist with super friendly staff and efficient service. Dr Gary provides thoughtful care without judgement and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Bays Dental is the perfect place for anyone who is anxious around visiting a dentist as they seem to really care.
Friendly staff and efficient processes from the first interaction to the last. The dentist took his time discussing my options after a thorough and gentle examination. The dental and administration team were warm and beautiful with my one year old son, taking care of him while I had my appointment.
Went to Bays Dental for the first time a few months ago after breaking a tooth. The staff and service were nothing below excellent. Having put off going to the dentist for quite a long time, it was great to have such a positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone in the area and after a new dentist!
Fantastic service, Oscar extracted 3 of my wisdom teeth with local anaesthetic. Super nice man. Very straight forward, the nurse was very nice and helpful giving me a stress ball to squeeze. Receptionists are lovely. Cost $990 when I was expecting much more. Everything was explained to me before and after, I was also sent home with after care instructions. Definitely recommend, they also offer Afterpay and payment plans!
Best experience for whimpy adults like me who have been delaying the necessary visit to the dentist. I was explained everything in a pace suited to me so I could get my head around the unknown. The team were all very supportive of my needs. The experience has changed the way I now look at going to the dentist. Looking at it now, why have I delayed going to the dentist? It actually wasn't that bad. For context I have been to the dentist only 3 times in my life, 2x teeth pulled out and now a root canal. It's actually easier getting teeth fixed than pulled out. I hope this review can help someone take the step to seeing a dentist, it's actually not that bad now that I've done it.
Had the most cruisy, pleasant experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Not only the desk staff were very helpful with booking in and information, but the price was very reasonable.
I was nervous going in but was settled being greeted by the friendly staff. The dentist’s that did the removal were very patient with me and made the process seem chill and calming, (also very friendly). I was also given descriptive advice for aftercare. I felt very looked after 😊.
The healing process was easy and free of implications.

I went for a second option at Bays Dental and I received honest information that saved me a lot of unnecessary dental work and money. Have been going to see Gary there ever since. Great with kids. Always provide a good service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
