All the dishes here are delicious, savoury and put a smile on your face. It is a level above the other nasi padang restaurant.

It is always packed during lunch and finding parking space is quite a task around here.

The best idea if you do want to try out this place is getting someone to belanja or pay for you, akin to brokers entertaining their dealers,
otherwise those smiles you got after enjoying the food will be instantly wiped off your smiley face in an instant when you get your bill.

Prices are on the high side, back then in 2005, and it still is on the higher side in 2024 😅

Be prepared to spend your money here, and do not be surprised

This lunch-time restaurant serves Indonesian style dishes and rice. If you like authentic Indonesian this is one the places to go to in Kuala Lumpur. I would recommend the chili-fried chicken. My wife likes the fried "jering" which is really an acquired taste. But I believe everyone would enjoy the iced avocado and chocolate drink!

As for the food, it was a disaster. The Lauk were bland and tasted stale, as if they had been prepared days in advance. The side dishes were equally disappointing, lacking any flavor or freshness.

To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality of food and service provided. I left feeling utterly disappointed and regretful of the time and money spent at this "Masakan Padang". Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other places in town where you can enjoy a meal without the frustration and dissatisfaction that comes with dining here.

My Dish : Ikan Keli & Limpa = RM17 !!!!

This is THE best nasi padang place in the entire klang valley. Been coming here for many years now and the food never disappoints. Dendeng, ayam cili, bergedil, gulai, everything is good here. The owner and workers are friendly. And there are also buskers entertaining customers while eating. The great taste justifies the price because honestly, where can you find dendeng as crispy as this place and I’ve tried many places but it’s not the same.

2 persons. 1 piece fried chicken, 1 fried fish, 2 portion of veggies, and 1 portion of friend lungs. Drinks syrup and iced tea. Total RM35.
My opinion a bit expensive although at par with other restaurants serving similar dish (except for that "Queen")

Come early to secure parking along the road, just don't block the road. Alternatively can park next door for RM4 per entry (private property)

Came during lunchtime. Pack full house. Need to wait for a while for seats. I like their rendang minang and ayam kampung goreng. You pick yourself what you want. Not like the Nasi Padang in Indonesia, they will lay out all the menus on your table. The price is a bit expensive though to me. RM20++/person, including drinks as the picture shows, it tastes good, so I have no more comments.

1st time here and it was really amazing. The foods were delicious. The chicken look so dry but once you eat it, it was superb tender and really good. I love nasi padang. Probably will come here again. By the way I went here at 1130 AM to avoid crowd.
