Always a good experience with Lin!! She has bee cutting my grandson's hair since he was 7 and now he's a teenager! He won't go anywhere else!

My last visit here! My pretty long hair was cut so short and ruined right before a big event. Didn’t matter how much I stressed on keeping my length but add layers from top to bottom, the hair dresser ignored the key words and went her way of adding those layers and cut my hair in half!!! So upset! ignoring what someone wants especially with hair that takes so long to grow and treating it just as a job from 9-5 is what the vibe is here and the gentleman seemed so rude in his conversation and unwelcoming! It was appalling.

Ashley did mine and my daughter’s hair. We both have a long hair. She gave us the best haircut ever! She was so kind and professional. We left feeling so glamorous and pretty. My daughter didn’t let anybody cut her hair long hair until Ashley. Thank you! Can’t wait to be back🙏🌸

I went on Tuesday and ask for a buzz cut, it was a blond lady. Something so simple but manage to ruin my hair. She cut the top badly, she left it in even the worst part is the side where the ear is she left it uneven and made a triangle. Ever since I have to wear a beanie. The original price was 15$ but she still had the nerves to ask for 20$. This place is dis honest I wish I could get my money back I would have rather used the money to buy a razor and do it my self.

Had my first haircut at this business today. I went mid-day so there was no wait time and John cut my hair. Haircut was fast, excellent quality, great price, and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.

Take caution when calling in to schedule an appointment. We called to reserve for three people - my autistic son, my uncle, and myself. Initially we were told there is availability at 10 am. The receptionist called back 3 minutes later and said they were able to take us at 9:30 instead. We showed up a few minutes early and found only two stylist working. One of the stylist had a customer already in her chair. Which left only the one stylist for all three of us. For those that know a child or loved one on the spectrum, it can be difficult to keep them still or engaged in health or personal hygiene service. Heck, it's hard enough to even keep them still in a long line! So imagine our disappointment when finding out they overbooked customers and chose to bypass us in the prioritization department. What's worse is they made it sound as if it was our fault, that somehow we were to assume that they asked us to come at 9:30 with the assumption they would only be able to take one of us in and the rest will be played by ear. We voiced our complaint, where the male stylist decided to argue and provide excuses for their scheduling mistake. We will kindly take our business elsewhere where customer service is important.
