The thing is, this is a transit station, so I don’t have much to say.
Quick and straightforward, I’ve never seen a single train here get delayed.
High quality, good hygiene, worth it. I like this place.

Great Spot. Site of open air concerts, general gathering place and a central location to explore the centre of Munich. Surrounded by shops,restaurants and several must see attractions.

The station is just right under the big cathedral as you come out from the station, you will see the beautiful platz.

I visited the MVG Kundencenter today to return my monthly IsarCard Jobticket which quite honestly took a long time of waiting in line. But the people working there were very kind especially the two ladies who were taking care of the queue giving out sweets for everyone waiting. Furthermore the man behind the desk I talked to was able to cancel my ticket one month earlier than I thought is possible so that was a nice surprise and very well worth the wait!

Their monthly policy for the app subscription it's just crazy. If you buy the subscription after the 10th of the month you will have to buy a minimum subscription of two month even if you only want one month. My transport in Germany for only 6 days trip it's going to cost me 88 eur instead of 49 and they deny any kind of refund.

Nice staff and did well under stress but super long queue with few staff. They'll need at least 15 staff instead of 5 maybe. MVG also needs to digitize their services to let customers do them on smart phone instead of in person. But really with OpenAI and Chat GPT the whole MVG will soon realize how behind they are with customer service.

This landmark is very important in Munich. It has a big square whereby many tour groups and people meet or gather. Because of the crowd, one still has to be careful of their belongings, although Germany is generally very safe. Nonetheless, unfortunate things still can happen. There are numerous boutiques and malls around the square for shoppers and cafes for people who like to sit down and people watch. The architecture of the buildings are very nice and grand. There is a underground station for those looking to travel here via public transport.
