Great place very clean and well lit

Just rented the court for my son and his friends for his birthday. Court was really nice and clean, the kids had a ball (no pun intended) and the transaction was super easy from start to finish.

Super unorganized business, they play favorites with people they know personally. I wrote them two days ago about availability no answer. My friend writes them a day after, they tell him that a specific time is available… My friend tells him to lock the time in for our group. The person answering people back doesn’t ever write back. We have to write him again, and he tells us that there is no availability now because he never texted us back to send a deposit anywhere. In another session that I had, they double booked us with another group and tried to kick us out without sending our money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This place customer service is terrible. they have one phone that all or 3 workers use to book sessions and they still somehow told me a time was available and the next day told me it wasn’t. i have people that pushed work back or up and also called out to play because we don’t get a lot of time to do anything but work. and then after realizing the situation whoever was on the phone said i should have sent a deposit. when i told them that no one answered me when i asked to lock it in they got a condescending attitude. would not recommend or be coming back

might be better off going to a public park for free then dealing with the customer service of this place. extremely rude and would not recommend

Unorganized and horrible customer service. I’d rather play soccer with a tennis ball in the street than try and book a session here again
