Took my Macbook Pro for a new battery during COVID and it was done in a couple hours.
2 years later, I think my charging port is shot, or the charger, or both. I'm on a deadline but I'm not freaking out because I know these guys are right around the corner and will come to my rescue in a pinch once again. Oh, and they are very reasonably priced!

Took my MacBook for repair.The service I got is below my expectation. Paid diagnosis fee for nothing.
If you work from home and make a living off your computer you can trust this place!
Imagine your computer starts emitting smoke and smelling like burnt plastic while you are in the middle of building a website for a client that is expecting everything to be done in next few days.
The panic and frustration would be blinding.
At least it was for me until I found MacLab.
I brought my computer in this morning and had best case scenario solution by late afternoon and now I am back to work!

They no longer repair screens, per call to the shop. Very professional and its unfortunate that such a great shop doesn't offer this service anymore.
We are here and open Mon -Fri 9am to 5pm. Parking in the back of building.
Came for a MacBook charger. Relatively cheap compared to Apple stores. Great customer service and fast. Definitely recommend for reasonable priced services.
Skeptically, I brought my old hand-me down Mac Pro laptop to get checked because it was not charging. When I got to their office, wow! I became more weary because the office has the super professional ambiance like a doctor's office. I just knew it would be pricey. However, I was wrong all the way. The people were super nice took my laptop and in a few minutes, they told me that it was my charger that was not working anymore. I asked if I could buy a used one; they brought me a brand new one that cost $79.00. That was it. I said 'Sold!' I was out of their office in less than half an hour. Oh, one more thing, there's parking in the back of the building that's free. I recommend MacLab to anyone personal or business; they know Mac and they know customer service!!!
