This actually seems to be a store in a store but omg Gabe is the best! He was friendly, knowledgeable and told me how to get the most efficient and affordable fix for my phone. I hope management knows that they truly have a gem in him.

The lady in the shop was very nice and humble. My sim card got stuck and she was able to take that out in a few seconds And didn't even charge for it.

Got a new battery for my Cadillac Keyfob. It was a third of the cost from the dealership. Nice and friendly staff.

This place is pretty darn awesome. Repaired my horribly messed up Samsung Note 8 which had display issues and was cracked all over for a reasonable price and gave incredible advice. There's no scamming here, just truth. And they have an awesome selection of batteries and lightbulbs to boot, which was great since I need alkaline D batteries for microphones this fall. Oh, and they did it in under an hour! Great customer service. Strongly, strongly recommended!

Super positive experience with owner/manager and all the terrific employees. They took care of a battery replacement as well as replacing a broken glass back on my Samsung Note 5 -- while I waited, and it was done super-fast, like in 15 minutes! (I did make an appointment online for first thing next morning, so I think I was the first one in the store.) I've been waiting on the Note 10 to come out, but if repairs are this easy, it might be a while before I decide to buy a new phone. After the repair, I immediately texted several close friends and family in the area to let them know they have to take their phones here for any repairs. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to fix their phones.

Great service, got my iPhone battery replaced for a fair price in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place over an apple store. Don't waste your time sucking up to Apple to change their one bad battery for another bad battery as I did my first time. This place uses name brand batteries that have to be better than the trash Apple is peddling.

The two guys working at the 1045 Rockville Pike location in Rockville, Maryland were very professional and customer service oriented. The greeted me right from the start with enthusiasm and willingness to help me with all of my battery concerns. The process was quick and easy and I will definitely recommend this location to other people I know. Great job!
