Everyone was so friendly and professional. I love my new lashes. They rock. Coral is amazing. I highly recommend Lash Lounge.

Worst place of lashes! Lack of organization. Don’t waste your time. They ask you for a deposit to secure your appointment and surprise when you get there no appointment scheduled!

I canceled in January and waited at least a week to hear back from this company to cancel the monthly payments of $169. They sent me a cancellation form by email even though I went in person & called by phone. After filling out the cancellation form I was assured they would cancel my monthly payments after January. I did not realize I was still being charged monthly after I canceled, until I looked at my card statement history. I was charged in February, March, April, May and June all for $169. I now had to block my card from this company who is continuing to try and charge me monthly even though I have not been to the salon since December! And, now had to dispute all of those charges. Which add up to $676 for a service I have not been receiving. Be extremely careful with this company and their fraudulent behavior tactics. I emailed them about the charges after cancellation and never heard back. This is shady business and I highly encourage everyone to check their statements if you have automatic pay on.

As for the service itself, these lash techs are not licensed. They get trained by the company and use premade lashes already put together if you're getting a volume or hybrid fill. They have no experience at all. Both girls that did mine stated they never did lashes before working for that company. Shady as hell.

Wow what a difference! I never knew I could get my lashes done with zero discomfort & without red eyes for at least 24 hours. I am sold & will never go anywhere else! Love the way my lashes look even when my real lashes haven’t grown back out all the way, so I know it will only get better from here!! Thank you, I’m so happy to have found this place!

the lash lounge did such an amazing job!! from calling to booking my very first appointment and being very patient and explaining it to me to my stylist, laura, taking her time and customizing my lashes to what i prefer. i can’t recommend this place enough!! they are so incredibly sweet and welcoming to everyone!!

The receptionist at the front Alex was so sweet! She helped me out with everything and even gave me a few tips on how to keep my lashes nice <3 And Mia who did my lashes did an amazing job I love them and definitely recommend get them done by her.
